Gudauri Snow Sports, its owners, employees, instructors, agents, and affiliates are not liable for any injury, loss, or damage arising out of participation in activities. This includes but is not limited to:
Injuries caused by terrain, weather, or natural conditions.

Waiver of Legal Claims: By participating, you waive your right to pursue legal claims or hold Gudauri Snow Sporets liable for injuries, damages, or losses incurred during activities.
Indemnity Clause: You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Gudauri Snow Sports from any claims, liabilities, or damages arising out of your participation, including claims brought by third parties.
3. Equipment and Preparation
You are responsible for ensuring your equipment is in safe and suitable condition. Gudauri Snow Sports is not liable for equipment-related injuries or damages.
Rental equipment is the responsibility of the rental provider.

Gudauri Snow Sports is not liable for services provided by third parties, including ski rentals, transportation, or dining.
5. Personal Responsibility
Participants must adhere to all instructions from instructors and follow local mountain safety regulations.
Gudauri Snow Sports reserves the right to terminate lessons or activities without refund for behavior that endangers others or violates safety guidelines.
6. Cancellations and Refunds

No refunds will be issued for cancellations made within 48 hours of the lesson or for no-shows.
7. Weather and Mountain Conditions
Lessons and Ski Safari proceed regardless of weather conditions unless deemed unsafe by Gudauri Snow Sports.
Refunds or rescheduling are not guaranteed due to adverse weather or slope conditions.
